1. What materials are used in Pantera Furtiva shoes?

Our shoes are crafted from premium grade A Italian leather for the upper, with soles made from eco-friendly recycled rubber, and assembled with precision in Portugal.

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and colorway, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods which are evident during checkout.

Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipment.

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by sending us an email at [email protected]. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing.

We offer a 48-hour return or exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please note, return shipping costs and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary, subject to our review.

Yes, we ship globally for free, for now.. so order now before we change our minds. 

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 48 hours of receiving them, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Please ensure that the shoes are tried on indoors to prevent any marks or damage.

At this time, we do not offer custom sizes or designs, but we are committed to expanding our collection.
